New Survey Finds Accounting Teams Embrace Technology to Solve Hiring Challenges

Contrary to stereotype, accountants have always been on the cutting edge of business technology adoption. It started decades ago with the introduction of VisiCalc, the first “killer app” for personal computers. It was spreadsheets, not word processing, that put a PC on every desk.
Accountants are again taking a leadership role in their organizations with the adoption of cloud applications. 85 percent of respondents are facing increased challenges in hiring and retaining talent, and technology adoption is a key strategy in attracting and retaining talent. That’s one of the key takeaways from FloQast’s new survey of accounting and finance professionals. Download your free copy of the report here.
