Happy New Year!
We’re off to the races in 2018, and there’s already plenty of great cloud accounting content for me to share from this past week.
Attaining a leadership position came in third.
What does this mean? It means that public accounting firms are going to have to change how they motivate their staff. The promise of partnership simply isn’t as appealing as it once was, and that alone isn’t going to convince Millennials to stick around and work long hours.
The same goes for controllers working in industry. Either figure out how to let your staff go home on time, or they’ll let themselves go (and find a better job!).
